BMB asked us to achieve one main objective – get more value out of their Social Media reporting.

We redesigned all of BMB’s reporting templates to focus on objectives and communicating the value of these objectives.
Introducing our Contextual Facebook Insights model then allowed BMB to start generating more detailed customer insights while also showing what the ROI of their Facebook and Instagram advertising was.
Finally, we trained all relevant staff on how to use our analytics framework so that they could start defining the value and ROI of their Social Media.
